The Customers page lists every customer once. For each one it shows which record in each of your tools became that customer, how Beacon joined them, and when it last checked. Find it under The Brain → Customers. Beacon reads your tools here and never writes to them. Two records become one customer only on an exact match, or when you say so.
During the pilot, every customer on this page comes from your billing system. Joining each one to its company in your CRM starts once Beacon is reading your CRM. Until then the CRM column waits, and each customer reads Billing only for now. That is expected, not a fault.

The tiles at the top

A status line appears above the tiles only when something is wrong — for example, if customer data has stopped updating. The figures then show what was last stored, with that date, and are never shown as zero.

The list

Each row is one customer. The list shows 25 customers a page. Search by name, email domain or ID to find one.

How they were joined

Beacon says in words how each customer was put together. It does not show a match score. Beacon never joins two records on a guess. A possible match stays apart until you confirm it, and anything you keep apart stays apart. Confirming a possible match is not switched on yet; when it is, Beacon will ask you on the Brain overview.

Open a customer

Select a row to open its side panel. It shows:
  • How they were joined, in words.
  • Records that make up this customer — the billing record, the CRM company once one is joined, and the email domain.
  • Last checked.

Not on this page yet

  • A page for each customer, with everything Beacon knows about them in one place.
  • Which segment each customer belongs to.
Both arrive in later releases. Nothing on this page estimates them in the meantime.
